Diddy accuser's lawyer claims 'high-profile' person seen with mogul in pornographic video

A lawyer for a new Sean "Diddy" Combs accuser claims she has been approached about the "sale of one of the Diddy tapes," specifically a pornographic video featuring the embattled hip-hop mogul, who was indicted last week on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges, and someone "more high-profile" than the rapper and Bad Boy founder.

Tapes have previously been leaked and circulated in Hollywood. But one person contacted me to sell a specific film they had and to contact the person in the video to see if they were interested in acquiring the footage before it became public knowledge," Ariel Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNation's Banfield on Friday. "The video was clearly obscene. This happened in his Atlanta house, and it appears the guy isn't looking at the footage. To me, it does not appear the somebody is aware they are being videotaped."

Mitchell-Kidd also stated that a new client contacted her a few weeks ago, alleging that Combs assaulted her in 2018 and filed a police report at the time.

"She called and told me about her assault and escape," Mitchell-Kidd explained. "She was at a friend's house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house."

Mitchell-Kidd believes her client discovered Combs was trying to sex traffic her when he arrived.

"It resulted in her being served a drink. She started feeling wobbly. "Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object," Mitchell-Kidd claimed. "And then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself."

Mitchell-Kidd claimed her client was able to flee, dashing into the street, as witnessed by a neighbor.

These charges come as Combs remains in custody while awaiting trial after being accused earlier this month on three counts of operating a huge criminal organization through which he allegedly raped and trafficked women using his business empire beginning in 2008. He has been accused of committing a "pervasive pattern of abuse" that included coercing women into highly choreographed sexual encounters with male sex workers who were allegedly transferred across state boundaries and abroad. His bail was denied after he pled not guilty to the allegations, raising concerns that he would flee the country.

Combs was slammed with another lawsuit last week, making it at least the tenth since Cassie Ventura sued him in November 2023, sparking a federal probe into sex trafficking and racketeering.

This time, Combs was accused in New York federal court for allegedly drugging and raping a woman in 2001. The accuser claimed that Combs and his bodyguard sexually abused her.

It was also revealed last week that Combs is being held in the same unit of Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center as Sam Bankman-Fried, the cryptocurrency mogul convicted of fraud.

Following Diddy's arrest on September 16, his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, released the following statement: "We are disappointed with the decision by the US Attorney's Office to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs." Sean 'Diddy' Combs is a music icon, self-made millionaire, devoted family guy, and accomplished philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, enjoying his children, and fighting to better the Black community. He is an imperfect guy, but not a criminal. To his credit, Mr. Combs has been completely forthcoming throughout this investigation, and he willingly relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these allegations. Please wait your judgment until you have all of the information. These are the actions of an innocent man with nothing to conceal, and he hopes to clear his name in court."
